What are the requirements to maintain VIP status?
Maintain the monthly deposit requirement for your tier. If you fall below the threshold for 2 consecutive months, you may be moved to a lower tier.
Can I skip tiers and go straight to Gold or Platinum?
Yes! If your deposit activity meets the requirements for a higher tier, you can be directly invited to that level without going through lower tiers.
Are VIP benefits available immediately?
Most benefits are available immediately upon acceptance. Some luxury gifts and events may be scheduled quarterly or annually.
What happens if I can't maintain the deposit requirements?
You'll be given a grace period. If you still can't meet the requirements, you'll be moved to a lower tier but can regain your status when activity increases.
